Unfortunately doesn’t work anymore. Not recommending

Super disappointed–used to be the best, now a waste of money I have used Let’s VPN for years without a single issue; it was my favorite app and I recommended it to everyone. However, after the major disruptions around March/April, it completely stopped…

Best vpn app, saving imprisoned mind

You've consistently provided outstanding service. Even during that difficult period, you persevered under tremendous hardship and pressure, never abandoning your compatriots on this land who hunger for the truth of the outside world. Seeing the refund…

Hello travelers, I hope this note will be useful for you. [Rant] Let's VPN used to be my go to Chinese VPN about 2 years ago. As of [July 3rd 2026] I am visiting [Shangai] again, Let's VPN works very questionably if it even connects. I will make an update if…

Giving the team 5* for the service. I experienced issues when using it while travelling to China for the first time and asked for a refund but google rejected it. I originally gave up on them, but they followed up with a refund a month later by contacting…

Pretty unstable

Sometimes it works well, but usually it just tells me that my network is unstable and tell me to try it again later. However, no matter how hard I tried, I just can’t connect it. Since tonight, it has been unable to connect for hours, I don’t think I can…

I used LetsVPN in China for quite a while with zero issues. They were the most affordable with the best network and least interruptions. Unfortunately VPN in the country became a problem and they had to suspend services. I left a negative review at first…

Unable to refund. 不要购买。 Do not BUY. 。 Не Покупай

中文用户不要购买, 他们所有的站点都不工作了。 这个app 也不会给你退钱了。 I have been using this vpn for nearly 3 years. It was very stable before. However, this vpn is no longer working for me. All their locations can be showed as "connected" but u can't open any apps or websites. I…

Best and the only window to look outside

As captioned, it’s been years since Covid and always ensures a window for critical thinking, comparison reading, and truth seeking - u know I know, we all know what that means in the region where u announced for a service stop. Even during such hard time,…

Works in China no more. Dowgrading to 1 star now as this company has also scammed me. And here I am editing my review again。You have still scammed me. You have refunded my new one year subscription that didn't even kick in yet but, also removed my current sub…

A great app

A fantastic product–I’ve been using it for years. It is truly a pity that I won't be able to continue using it going forward. Even so, the team handled the follow-up service and refund process flawlessly. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review;…

Fix your app or money back

I have 3 active subs for 5 devices (Letsvpn only allows 2 devices per account ) . Previously before “the accident” everything worked as intended. Decent speed , connection etc . Then in April they had some issues , so I waited for 2 month now for them to fix…

Will lets vpn provides services in china in the future

I’ve been using lets vpn for years now , and undoubtedly, it has been the best vpn I’ve used so far.I understand there’s some issues going on, and the service is no longer available in china. But will letsvpn be back if the issue is fixed? Lets vpn, I love…

First of all, I'm a long-term user; bought a one-year subscription. In April of…
